Just in time for Christmas, Concrete Skateboarding has put out the final issue of 2009! S&J riders Kevin Lowry and Dustin Montie found their way into the exposure photo section, while Mitch Barrette and Glencoe Hoggle put out photos in "The Windsor Hut" article!

The time is here! The City of New Lights video has been posted online for all to watch for a limited time prior to the actual dvd release. CONCRETE ANNUAL X TIKI CONTEST

This past week, the Concrete Skateboarding photo annual had its release and we got a couple riders in the mix yet again! Dustin Montie and Lee Saunders both came through with photos through out the mag. CITY OF NEW LIGHTS PREMIER PHOTOS

The City of New Lights video premiered this past Tuesday in Vancouver and what a showing it was. The venue was over capacity and definately made the showing a complete success. S&J riders Chad Dickson, Dustin Montie, Lee Saunders and Ryan Bonnell all put on a hell of a show with full parts which definately seemed to please the croud! CITY OF NEW LIGHTS PREMIER X COLOR MAGAZINE RELEASE PARTY

Tonight is the night! For those in the Vancouver area that have been waiting, the night is here. Go down to Fortune Soundclub tonight at 9pm to check out what S&J riders Lee Saunders, Dustin Montie and Chad Dickson have been working on for the past year! Ontop of the premier tonight, it is also the Color Magazine's issue 7.5 release party. It is geared up to be a great night, so everyone come down and have a good time!

Chad Dickson comes through with a switch heel that no one is going to forget in the near future down Vancouvers infamous "Black double". Chad has had a hell of a year this year in coverage! Not bad coming from a guy who almost died getting hit by an SUV just under a year ago.

Kickfilp Greg!

Browsing the internet, we made a stop at push.ca's website, and came accross the kickflip gallary column. Greg Brewer (Real, Spitfire, Thunder) may have been hiding in the maritimes for the last while, but that hasn't stopped him from keeping up on a real nice kickflip! Head over to the column to have a browse at Greg and others kickflips!

BEGINNING OF THE MONTH!

A couple of the Boys, Chad Dickson, Dustin Montie and Lee Saunders came into the west warehouse yesterday in Richmond to pick out their monthly box of goodies before heading out into the sun to skate the day away. What is that Lee is holding up in his hands? None other than a Citystars board! Lee has made the move from World Industries over to Citystars! Lee is the first Canadian flow rider for the brand. Lee has been working hard this year, he has gained a fair amount of coverage both print and online, aswell has been working hard filming for the City of New Lights video and we couldnt think of a better fit for the Citystars brand! Keep up the good work Lee!

KEVIN LOWRY ON VENTURE!

The word has come through and with the recommendation of Canada's very own Russ Milligan, Kevin Lowry (blueprint), has been added to the Venture Trucks roster! Must be an honor to have someone such as Russ Recommend you to the team. Good work kevin! make sure to check the Venture website for the release.

Another S&J rider catches a cover, this time a little different than last, but Montreal legend Barry Walsh (Thunder, Spitfire) has found himself on the cover of a new Montreal magazine. Head over to the Crux Magazine website to get an online view of Barrys interview!

CHAD DICKSON AGAIN!

The new Concrete Skateboarding has arrived, and none other than Chad Dickson has been found within the pages again with a gigantic switch flip! Chad has been on a rampage this summer and we cant wait to see his part in City of New Lights!

If you head over to push.ca today, you will find Lee Saunders has been double up! He has a Columns article with Frank Daniello, answering all sorts of Franks questions from, graffiti to skating to upcoming video parts. Than, he also has a day at the Maple Ridge skatepark with him and some of his homies! Now head over here for a good read with your morning coffee!

DAMN AM!

This weekend, The Damn AM contest circuit made its way through Burnaby BC, at the Bonsor skatepark. The 2 day event was full of good times, with friday having a bowl jam contest, high ollie contest and Saturday having the street contest and best trick contest. Chad Dickson can ollie higher than most regular and pretty much the same height switch! He tied for First place at 40 inches, which he later ollied after the contest ended, and split $500 to make himself $250.

As far as street, the closest up for S&J riders was Dustin Montie just missing the cut by 3 landing in at 15th place. He did however manage to sneak into 5th spot in the best trick contest. A Happy 24th birthday goes out to Chad ontop of everything else that occured this weekend.
